[30 min] Laughter Yoga is an interactive, playful class that combines deliberate laughing (without jokes or comedy), yoga breathing, movement, and meditation. {30 min] JourneyDance® is a guided experience that combines free-form movement beginning with grounding, rising up with powerful music and closing out with relaxation.
